Sand Pebble Pointe in Port Richey, Florida

The 24 hours gated community includes several individual associations, comprised of luxurious condominium buildings, elegant town homes, and single family home estates.

The community began over 20 years ago with a group of condominium buildings, called "Phase I", including 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse, RV park accommodations, boat docks, tennis courts, horse shoe shuffle boards, golf putting greens and boardwalks.

Soon afterwards, some new buildings and another swimming pool and boardwalks were added. This new development was called "Phase III."

Another development of town homes came some time later and included an individual swimming pool and boardwalks.

The master plan also included development of the luxurious, single family residences called "Harbor Pointe". These properties are located at the outermost Western part of Bay Blvd. Even at this time, another small Development of single family residences, called "Paradise Estates", is underway, and this will be the "finale" of all possible property developments in the Sand Pebble Pointe Arena.

Each of these small communities have an autonomous association. However, since there is only one 24 Hour gate house entry available, some common areas and costs had to be equally shared by all associations. For this reason, a master board was established where 2 members of the individual elected association boards serve also as members of this Master Board Association.

"Sand Pebble Pointe", as it presents itself today, is a diversified community with a price-point to fit almost any budget.
